I used to love koodo. I needed a phone but didn't have a proper credit rating. My gf got the phone in her name with my name attached to it for payments and plan changes. For a year I paid the bills and got the tab to 0. I recieved a letter from them saying that because of the fact the bills were paid and I was in good standing they were removing the spending limit. In sept we had the phone put fully into my name and all was fine. THEN. I decided I wanted a smartphone in march so I went to a koask and bought a phone for 150.00. For some reason they gave me a new account # and a spending limit of 200.00. My plan was for 50.00 amonth with long distance and texting etc. my first bill was 108.00 and when I tried to get this straightened out they kept screwing up the bill. they cancelled my service in may but kept on billing me. I have tried to work with there service people but all I got was the frusteration of someone who just kept the company line. I have all the reciepts since starting with them and have records of all the payments but they refuse to listen. I am now fighting them with the help of CCTS, Commissioner for complaints for telecommunications services. I urge anyone having trouble with koodo to contact them and register a complaint. NEVER USE KOODO
