Reception in Toronto/Ringtones | Koodo Mobile | Forum

Hey guys i need some help. Im about to get my new phone, and i think im going to go with Koodo. The only information i want to know now is if Koodo has good reception in Toronto Ontario, (specifically the highpark area), and how much ringtones usually cost/ if you can create your own/ and if you can upload from your PC. (Iwill probably be getting a Samsung Slyde)
