Someone has changed my daughters my 5 numbers and now we're being told we owe $200.00. The *cough* rep I spoke to said the change was made July 6. We were camping and can and will prove that with no internet access! The numbers, we don't even recognize and I for one am tired of Koodo and will be handing everything over to a lawyer, because this time, we have proof. Watch your my 5 closely folks! Because it isn't your 5 all the time!

It's been a couple years since this post.
Lemme just make a safe bet that you lost in court?
There's no way to prove you didn't have internet access in said given place.
Also it's easy to argue the fact someone was left at home and adjusted it accordingly.
Your responsible for your own service and device. Period.
This includes checking your tabs and how much you owe on a regular basis.
So your own neglectfulness is the cause of that 200 dollar bill.
