Koodo mobile is the biggest joke of a company.... haven't been with them for 3 years, but somehow they sent me to collections without trying to contact me. When I called them they had no idea what the 200$ charge is even for because the account is inactivated... Somehow its my fault because I moved and they didn't have my right phone number (because I was no longer with them) - however, they have my current email but neglected to maybe send me an email to let me know they were going to screw me over.... If you are with Koodo I strongly suggest that you leave the company as soon as possible, incase they decide to send you to collections for a charge that they can't even explain...

According to the consumers act, if they can't provide reason as to why you owe: You dont owe, i'd say fight it in Court.
However, given the fact you moved: im going to assume you forgot to cancel your service.
That is your responsibility they can charge you day after day as long as you fail to tell them.
Call, and ask to speak with a higher rep who would have access to the reason why. They're collection company should even have the information as to why you owe them.
Before implying it's the company screwing you over: Make sure you didn't screw yourself over.
