Impossible to cancel Koodo | Koodo Mobile | Forum

It's been 2 weeks i'm trying to cancel my account with KOODO, they are just ignoring me, at every call I made them they said that my account will be cancelled in the next hours and now it has been 2 weeks and my account is still active!!!, koodo really, really suck!!!, worst cellphone company I have ever seen!!!!!
