I cant txt Switzerland | Koodo Mobile | Forum

my friend from switzerland is texting me but i cannot text them back, inno i have international texting on my plan. i have tried everything from the 011 41 to just 41 and just 011 but i do not know why it will not work. he is in canada right now so could that be why??
