Error setting up account

Hi, I was just setting up my accoutn online and checking out with my phone and plan. While checking out, right after entering my credit check information(I entered and checked it many times to see if it's right) and all I got was some general message saying an error has occured, please call us.
any information on what this would be? I thought it would be a quick process.
