Unfortunately not. The Rogers phone is probably a GSM phone (which takes SIM cards) while the Koodo service runs on a CDMA network.

No you have to buy a Koodo phone. Even a telus phone won't work with Koodo.

Telus phones will not work on Koodo network because Telus is not Koodo! It actually has nothing to do with boths phones being CDMA, it all has to do with the Subsidy Unlock Code. Every phone has one of these codes and there are only certian codes per company. It's the same thing with phone numbers. One company has 360 numbers while another has 662, and the 360 numbers can not be used on the 662 numebrs company.....UNLESS porrted!

Koodo :)

Okay, if the issue is with the subsidy unlock coding, can a legitimate and professionally unlocked cdma phone be programmed to work with the Koodo network?
Carrier locked phones can be unlocked and reprogrammed to be used within other carriers, does or will koodo support this anytime soon, if they don't already?

Koodo reply very appreciated.
Thanks
