Hi, I'm a student off to school, and subsequently, trying to change my number on "self-serve," but for the life of me can not figure out how. I was told by a rep on the phone its easiest for me to do it through self-serve, but I can't find anywhere on the site that says how or where I do it.

Can anyone help?

It sounds as if maybe you didn't log into your account. Once you do that it should be fairly straight forward, except that Koodo service is down right now for emergency work. We are caught in the middle of a telephone number change. The phone messages say it will be Tuesday before anything can be done. Good luck!

Hold up dawg ! just letting u know ur gona pay 50$ u know that right? when i moved to calgary from mtl i changed my # and i had to pay 50$ :S

You obviously had to pay $50 dawg cause you moved clear accross the country and had to get sf-embarassed a new area code. Doh!!
