To anybody considering this sister owned company: Yes, Telus is the "MotherShip" with that said, remember why you LEFT TELUS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

have always paid my balances in FULL from day 1. And than, WHAM!!! The bill from hell!!! Thought it was a mistake; Royally over-charged on service.went 2 store location, pleaded with salesgirl who sold me the cell showing her this bill,she called them herself and tried speaking to them only to get
disconected 6 times, had very RUDE and "slam the door in yur face" service, from Management, not to mention was there for 4.5 hrs in a SHOPPING MALL trying to resolve this with them. If your in Management, & reading this; Customer's are yur business; TREAT US WITH RESPECT, LISTEN; DON'T ARGUE, BE PROFESSIONAL….AN QUIT PUTTING US ON HOLD so you can pass us on to somebody else. DONE WITH U GUY'S; & BAD NEWS TRAVELS FASTER THAN GOOD NEWS!!!
