I don't know about other people who live in basements but i moved into my basement apartment and i have the worst signal on my Koodo phone i have to literally go outside or lean into a very very small window

I have a Koodo phone and live in a basement and get full bars down there. You may be in a dead spot, or even a tall building can block cell waves.

I don;t know if its just Koodo. I have Rogers and I still have to walk up the stairs or lean close to a window for a decent signal! :(

I live in a basement and have just made the switch from Rogers to Koodo. My signal/ reception has become better after switching to Koodo. :)
