Hy!
I have a problem. I download the zip file and i unzip to my server. But when i write http://myname.dap.ro/settings appears a white blank screen.
What can I do?

Hi, you have to manually edit settings.php on the file system. There is no browser-based interface for the initial setup of the script (for things like configuration the database details).

Sorry but i dont know how to run sql command, but after i put a a user, a password and a database, i write http://myname.dap.ro/update and this thing appears after i put the the password:

I'd suggest that you start with a tutorial on MySQL in a PHP environment. There are some great resources freely available online:

Thank you for your help, but in the meantime i find my fault. I forget to upload the settings.php file with the changes( password, username and databasename).
Now appears this on my screen:
Update Standings LOG OUT
Manage users
Edit my profile
Seasons and conferences
Click here to manage master teams.
Click here to manage seasons.
2008 - manage conferences
Delta
Update all team data (this takes a while -- do only if necessary)

After I change my admin name and password, I must wait a little bit for activation. This screan appears to me:
