Hi, Great plug in, exactly what I'm looking for. Having one issue though, on WP 3.3.1. When I install and activate the plug-in it creates the table but does not add the default rules.
Wondering if you had any ideas what's happening?

Perhaps there is a certain permission or incompatibility with the "insert" statement.
However, you can create the default rules manually. If you have a program such as phpMyAdmin, you can simply create 1 empty rule with rul_type of "all" and 1 empty rule with rul_type of "register".
