dear peter, version 2.94 again shows up with
WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 1]
INSERT INTO wp_cas_image (id, createtime, word) VALUES (0, 1191440734, 'rice')
furthermore I see a Warning in php5.log
[03-Oct-2007 21:45:38] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/custom-anti-spamxxx/custom_anti_spam.php:309) in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/langswitch/langswitch.php on line 578
after several reloads wordpress stops output totally :-(
had to restart apache

Unfortunately, I have no idea what the problem could be -- an incompatibility with this "langswitch" plugin? Maybe someone else has an idea?
Also, remember that if you are upgrading to a newer version of my plugin, deactivate the old version first so that the anti-spam database tables are properly deleted.
