How to change hard-coded message next to captcha image?

I would like to change the hard coded msg that says
"To prove you're a person (not a spam script), type the security word shown in the picture. Click on the picture to hear an audio file of the word."
Is there any way to change this? I could not find it under Settings, Edit Plugin or anywhere else in my css.
