Although you declared that your script could be translated but indeed it's not. when changing the charset encoding of the "custom_anti_spam.php" file to utf-8 to be able to translate phrases to utf-8 ... the whole blog goes crasy and you get error when trying to log in the blog which prevents you from logging in saying
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/moscd/public_html/arabslibrary/wp-content/plugins/peters-custom-anti-spam-image/custom_anti_spam.php:1) in /home/moscd/public_html/arabslibrary/wp-login.php on line 12
so , is there a solution?

Hi, I have no idea what the problem could be. I have another plugin that was successfully translated into Slovakian using UTF-8. Of course, that is a completely different plugin, but I certainly used the same principles to develop those plugins and haven't used any odd characters that might throw things off.
