I agree, I can never hear or understand anyone! It is very frustrating!

Mine works fine, even signed up for 5 year platinum plan, everything works beyond my expectations.
Canadain number, unlimited north american long distance, 2ยข a min. international ( same as cheapest calling card ) Call forwarding to my cell phone ( just that feature lets me change cell phones and cell phone numbers and carriers as often as I want ), copy of voice mail sent to my email as audio file ( lovely )
The price of 5 years of magic jack is what I pay for 2 months on my cell phone, so it's really a no brainer.

I would like to know why this works in some area and not in others since its running on broadbamd. I have had this for a couple years and paid for the 5 year plan. I have never had a single problem. I live in MA and it is flawless. I even got rid of my 'regular' home phone. This thing is great
