This is amazing, just what I was looking for.

I have gone through and set up everything for the game and went through a trial run, but I don't understand how to bring up the fast money round.

I use the index file to play the game, but it doesn't include the fast money round. I read through the readme file, maybe I missed it. How do I actually play fast money?
